The Fund is administered by BKMS Ltd, a Family office, which is licensed by CySEC with license number No 96/196 having offices in Cyprus. The Fund is aimed at well informed and professional investors with the purpose to provide pioneer solutions for investing in Greece in the real estate sector especially in high standard serviced apartment, and other high end projects, as well as allowing investors to qualify for the golden visa program in Greece.
Mr. Yacine Bougrassa, the director of the Fund, has extensive international experience in the provision of corporate consulting services as a manager and other positions in the banking sector as well as a director at BKMS during the last 18 Years by servicing high net worth clients with the utmost quality and ethical standards. He served as a member of the management committee of Société Générale with experience of managing large balance sheet.
